With uncapped commission potential, you can earn an average of $21-$26+ per hour. We offer flexible full-time and part-time positions, and opportunities for high school/college students to gain valuable work experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using cellular phones and basic knowledge of telecom products.
• Goal-driven mindset with ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cellcom, engage with guests and promote products with expertise and integrity.
• Assist in daily retail operations, answer inquiries, and represent the brand.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through lifestyle-based conversations and recommending solutions.
• Stay ahead of tech trends to inform guests about purchases.
• Work as a team player to keep store operations running smoothly and support multiple locations.
