Job summary

Best Buy in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services while learning our store protocols.

You will greet customers, perform demos, assist with cashier duties, maintain stock and support pickup services. A minimum of 3 months retail or fast-paced experience is required, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
