Job summary

Best Buy in Englishtown, NJ is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, training you to confidently recommend tech products and services that meet each customer’s unique needs.

If you enjoy helping people and growing your sales skills, you’ll welcome customers, perform product demos, handle purchases, keep the floor stocked, and assist with in-store or curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
