Job summary

Batteries Plus Bulbs is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to join our fast-paced store in Rochester, MN. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend batteries, light bulbs, and accessories while meeting sales goals.

The role involves testing batteries, installations, smartphone repairs, and helping with deliveries as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of prior work experience; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Consultatively sell batteries, light bulbs and accessory items to retail and commercial customers.
• Perform battery tests, installations, and smartphone repairs.
• Contribute as a Team Member to the overall success of the store.
• Operate computer/cash register to initiate and complete sales transactions.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivery of products as needed.
