Asurion is hiring a Retail Sales Technician in Louisville. You’ll greet customers, deliver human-centric service, and apply our Serve, Solve, Sell approach to upsell Asurion products. Training is provided to help you grow in a tech-forward retail role.

You should have 1+ year in customer service or retail sales, strong communication, and flexibility to work retail hours. A basic knowledge of electronics is a plus; join a team that blends tech with service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the store and provide personalized, human-centric experiences.
• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell technique and upsell Asurion products & services.
• Work toward achievable sales goals while delivering great service.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs of customer devices.
• Support store operations and collaborate with the team as needed.
