Job summary

Asurion is seeking a customer-focused technician to help customers fix and understand their devices. You will be the face of the company, delivering personalized experiences and helping troubleshoot and repair electronics in a fast-paced retail setting.

Starting pay is $16.77 per hour with bonus potential based on performance. You will complete a 2-3 week training, including Apple and Samsung certifications, and have opportunities for career growth and benefits such as health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• 6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, within Hours of Operation (M-F 8am-7pm, Sat 8am-6pm).
• A completed background check (criminal and drug test).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Complete initial 2-3-week training, including Apple & Samsung Certifications.
• Manage inventory.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes and provide feedback.
• Self-manage and set priorities.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
