Job summary

Asurion is seeking a customer-focused associate to be the face of the brand in our store. You will provide personalized support, troubleshoot and repair consumer electronics, and deliver award-winning service while building relationships.

You will complete a 2-3 week training with Apple & Samsung certifications, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Competitive hourly pay, bonuses, health benefits, PTO and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• 6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completed background check (criminal and drug test).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Asurion and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronics.
• Complete 2-3 week training, including Apple & Samsung Certifications.
• Manage inventory and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Self-manage, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
