Job summary

Asurion is hiring a Retail Sales Technician for the Spring store. You will welcome customers, demonstrate our Serve, Solve, Sell approach, and help customers choose solutions for their devices.

Training is provided; no heavy background in tech is required, but curiosity and people skills matter. Expect a base pay of $17/hour plus unlimited sales incentives and ongoing product support from a leader in tech protection.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard and valued.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have).
• Flexible to work retail store hours and multitask easily.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and provide personalized, human-centric service.
• Use communication skills to enhance the customer experience and upsell products and services.
• Work toward achievable sales goals.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting and basic repairs as needed.
