Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services. We’ll train you to confidently recommend solutions tailored to individual needs, with plenty of opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll develop product knowledge, assist with demos, and support customers through purchases, returns, and pickups, while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of retail or fast-paced, team-oriented experience.
• Ability to work flexible holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn product demonstrations and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
