• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events.
