You’ll need a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Evening/weekend/holiday availability, with potential extra shifts and strong sales acumen, are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more, especially in peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand Verizon’s network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand the customer base.
