Responsibilities

• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with current Verizon customers via outbound calls and texts to grow the customer base.
