Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using exceptional communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending texts to interested Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
