Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base via outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
