Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions and resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay bills in the store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to account data, upgrade services, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge including competitive information.
