• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Engage with current Verizon customers via outbound calls and texts to grow the customer base.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to expand loyal customer relationships.
