Verizon is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join one of our retail stores. You’ll drive sales by combining a passion for technology with exceptional customer service, building connections, and understanding customer needs.

You will present product insights, close sales, and participate in ongoing training to grow in merchandising and inventory. The role offers hourly base pay plus commissions, with potential total earnings depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology and customer service to expand the network.
• Uncover customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and improve operations in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base through outbound calls and messages to Verizon customers.
