The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and handling general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
