Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to lead the in-store experience. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and connect guests with solutions while delivering world-class service.

You will engage with customers to meet or exceed monthly goals, participate in training, and support store operations. The role offers uncapped commission potential, paid training, and ramp‑up support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
