Victra is Verizon's leading premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. This part-time role lets you control your career in a busy retail store while earning uncapped commissions and advancing opportunities.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, drive sales, and help create the ultimate in-store experience. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team committed to performance and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun while helping customers.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
