Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring full-time Retail Sales Consultants to drive in-store sales and deliver world-class service. You will exceed monthly goals, collaborate with store leaders, and provide product recommendations to meet guest needs.

This role emphasizes making tech approachable, creating personal connections, and supporting merchandising and operations. Training is provided, with strong earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
