AT&T in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative approach, meet sales targets and earn commission through our full suite of products and services.

You'll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment, building connections with customers and the community while leveraging personalized devices and services. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work a schedule that includes weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work with a commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and perform outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance rosters.
• Stay flexible and adapt to evolving products and customer needs.
