Verizon is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our on-site store team, offering a base pay with commission potential. You will drive sales through product knowledge, excellent service, and understanding customer needs, while participating in ongoing training.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of experience, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team in Illinois.

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by connecting and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
