Job summary

Best Buy in Golden, CO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find and choose the right tech products and services for their needs. You’ll demonstrate products and guide purchases while providing friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will also handle cashier duties, support in-store and curbside pickup, and stay current on product knowledge through ongoing training. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
