Job summary

Best Buy in Michigan is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, greeting customers and helping them find the right tech solutions. You will perform product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments.

You'll handle cashier duties, stay up-to-date with product knowledge, keep the floor stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups. A 3-month retail or fast-paced environment background is required, along with a flexible schedule including

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
