Best Buy in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech solutions and providing friendly, helpful service.

You'll learn our products and services, perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and guide customers across departments. Duties include cashier responsibilities, keeping the sales floor organized, and supporting pickup orders both in-store and curbside.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
