Best Buy in Springfield, MO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech and services. You’ll learn the products and confidently recommend solutions while delivering friendly service.

This role requires 3 months of retail experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to ongoing learning. You’ll perform demos, cashier duties and stock the sales floor to keep our store welcoming.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
