Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. You’ll learn the products, answer questions, and make recommendations to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing product demos, handling cashier duties, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickups. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is supported.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
