Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow with a team focused on unlocking your potential and sales success in one of our retail stores. You will generate retail sales, learn customer needs, recommend product solutions, and close sales using strong communication skills.

You’ll have ongoing training, opportunities to expand your customer base, and potential to earn commissions. This role is onsite at defined location(s) with a 40-hour workweek, starting base pay around market

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly reach out to current Verizon customers with outbound calls and texts.
