Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in Hesperia, CA. You will generate retail sales, learn customer needs, and present top-down tech solutions while delivering outstanding service.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers may reach $65,000–$75,500 annually, with additional benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand the loyal customer base.
