Best Buy in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each customer’s needs.

Welcome customers, perform demos, answer questions, and handle cashier duties. You’ll maintain knowledge through ongoing training and help keep the sales floor stocked, supporting in-store and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
