Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate in Oregon to greet customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend solutions that meet individual needs. You’ll build rapport with shoppers, explain features, and guide them toward the right tech based on their interests and budget, delivering a positive in-store experience.

You’ll handle cashier duties, keep the sales floor stocked and organized, assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
