Job summary

Best Buy in Danvers, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find and select the right tech products and services.

You will perform demos, answer questions, complete cashier duties, and stay current through ongoing learning while keeping shelves stocked and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. Flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends is available.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
