Job summary

Best Buy in Scranton, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store. You’ll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services that meet each customer’s unique needs while delivering friendly, helpful service.

You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, perform cashier duties, and help with in-store pickup and curbside orders, all while keeping shelves stocked and the environment inviting.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
