Job summary

Best Buy in Philadelphia seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions that fit individual needs. You will help customers across all departments and provide great service on the sales floor.

You will complete cashier duties, handle returns and exchanges, and stay informed through ongoing training. You’ll also assist with in-store and curbside pickup, contributing to a clean, well-stocked environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
