Job summary

Best Buy Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores. You’ll train to confidently recommend the right tech products and services, helping each customer find solutions that fit their needs and budget, with friendly, attentive service throughout.

In this role you’ll conduct product demos, answer questions, complete cashier duties, keep the sales floor stocked and tidy, and support in‑store and curbside pickups.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
