Job summary

Best Buy in Waynesville, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services to meet their needs. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

As part-time team members, you’ll perform product demos, manage cashier duties, and keep the floor organized while supporting in-store pickup and curbside orders. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or a similar fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and recommend items across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
