Job summary

Best Buy in North Attleborough, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, confidently recommending tech products and services to meet customers’ needs. You’ll be trained to help every guest find the right solution.

You’ll demo products, handle cashier duties, assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and maintain the sales floor. A minimum of 3 months retail experience and a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
