Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with four weeks’ notice.
• Open to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using knowledge of technology and strong customer service.
• Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and building connections.
• Position product insights and present complete solutions.
• Close sales with clear communication and tailored tech recommendations.
• Participate in training and grow skills across merchandising and inventory.
• May place outbound calls and text messages to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events.
