Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, trained to confidently recommend tech products and services. You’ll welcome customers, perform product demos, and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges, while staying knowledgeable through ongoing training.

A flexible schedule is required to cover holidays, nights, and weekends. Our program supports growth, strong employee discounts, and a focus on customer satisfaction across all departments.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
