Job summary

ByVerTek, LLC is seeking a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support outside plant (OSP) projects in Florida. You will balance field operations with administrative duties, maintain accurate project records, and use Vitruvi and MS 365 to keep information current.

The role involves coordinating with Project Management, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates hold a construction-related bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of OSP experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 2–5 years experience in OSP telecommunications construction or project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and site documentation.
• Proven ability to learn and utilize project management software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Assistant Director of Construction and project teams to oversee ongoing construction activities.
• Monitor progress, identify scheduling, resource, quality, or other issues that may impact completion.
• Work with subcontractors to obtain updates, address questions, and ensure required information is provided.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance with requirements.
• Maintain accurate construction documentation, including permits, reports, photos, and records.
• Generate and maintain reports and project information using company systems and Microsoft Office.
• Assist with tracking schedules, materials, equipment, and other resources.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates and follow-up as needed.
• Support project closeout activities with complete documentation and deliverables.
