SRI Telecom seeks an experienced Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Coordinator for a fully remote role covering Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. You will oversee and monitor construction activities of our partners, ensuring timely updates in the database and coordinating resources across teams.

The position requires telecom experience, the ability to read coax and fiber prints, NEC knowledge, and a reliable home office setup.

Qualifications

• Must reside in MI, IN, or KY with no exceptions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand coax and fiber design prints.
• Strong background in telecom/cable industry.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Exceptional, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Reliable high‑speed internet at home office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third‑party construction partners to ensure tasks are updated on time in the system.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and resources for OSP construction activities.
• Provide expert technical advice to procurement, design, and construction teams.
• Monitor contractor change orders and cost estimates to keep projects on budget.
• Audit new job packages to verify alignment with the defined scope of work.
