Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and community members.
• Orient patrons to campus resources and technology tools.
• Schedule and manage tech-assistance appointments and room reservations.
• Maintain sign-in at front desk and ensure security during shifts.
• Provide support for learning materials, equipment, and resources.
