Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Library Tech Support specialist to help customers use Library computers and devices, troubleshoot equipment, and assist staff with technology.

You will plan and lead training sessions, participate in team discussions, coordinate with management on maintenance, and provide one-on-one Tech Connect support. Cross‑training to Circulation is available as needed.

Requirements

• At least six months of customer service experience
• An associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; a high school diploma, or GED

• Comfort with using and learning technology as the Library continues to evolve
