Micro Center in Hilliard, OH is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to join our corporate office team. You will deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help customers find the right technology solutions. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

Candidates should be able to work between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, including weekends, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and efficient typing proficiency
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities
• Flexible and adaptable when working with diverse customer needs and personalities
• Passion for technology, including computers & electronics is a definite plus - have fun at work with products you love!

Responsabilités

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer interactions efficiently through phone, chat, text, and email channels
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of consumer electronics, devices, and related technology
• Assess customer needs, gather and clarify information, troubleshoot concerns, and provide effective solutions
• Deliver personalized support to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records within the appropriate systems and databases
