Job summary

Allcat Claims Service is seeking a Claims Adjuster to provide service across multiple channels, evaluate and settle claims, and support the claims lifecycle with attention to policy details. This role requires licensing coverage for applicable states and a customer-focused approach.

The candidate will process payments, communicate decisions, and collaborate with partners to resolve issues while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service, customer contact, or related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Insurance Adjuster License across applicable states.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims management systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, and processes low to moderately complex insurance claims.
• Reviews claim information for accuracy, completeness, and coverage applicability.
• Processes claim payments and communicates claim decisions and settlements to customers.
• Collaborates with internal partners and external stakeholders to facilitate timely claim resolution.
• Maintains accurate claim documentation and records throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Contributes to departmental goals, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Utilizes technology, systems, and claim management tools to support workflow efficiency.
• Supports workload surges, special projects, and catastrophe operations as needed.
