Job summary

Rockwell Automation offers a 12-week paid internship in Technical Sales and Consulting, with tracks for Business Development Representatives, Account Managers, and Technology Consultants. Interns gain hands-on experience by helping manufacturers improve productivity using Rockwell solutions. Training occurs in person, online, and on the job across various U.S.

field offices. Locations include many major U.S. cities with a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• Must be enrolled full-time at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Business Development Representatives develop and qualify new sales opportunities, working with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to target opportunities.
• Account Managers develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals and grow market share in a face-to-face setting.
• Technology Consultants communicate benefits of Rockwell Automation products and engage customers in a mix of face-to-face and online meetings.
