SV Academy is looking for motivated individuals to begin a career in tech sales as an SDR, with no prior experience required. You will receive structured training, coaching, and a clear path into long-term roles in tech.

You’ll reach out to potential customers, learn to convey value, and book meetings for senior reps while using Salesforce, Outreach, and Salesloft. The program includes a 2-week bootcamp and a 90-day residency, with hybrid work in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Willingness to learn SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services
• Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Authorization to work in the United States
