Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Manager, Business Development - Technology to accelerate sales for building automation and technology solutions. You will support regional sales, drive inside sales to build a strong technology pipeline, and cultivate owner-direct partnerships.

Travel and team leadership are core aspects of the role as you guide project developers and estimators through technical scoping and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams with pre-sales positioning.
• Work collaboratively with regional sales teams to identify prospective customers and propose high value solutions.
• Track and document opportunities as they progress through a sales funnel.
• Participate in owner facing sales meetings.
• Participate in internal project development meetings.
• Strategically develop an external sales pipeline through third party partners for Veregy's building automation and technology solutions.
• Oversee a team of project developers and estimators who are responsible for technical scoping and solution cost estimates.
