Job summary

Red Hat is seeking Tech Sales Interns to join the team in May 2027. You’ll work closely with program management, engage stakeholders, and help drive GTM initiatives while building a professional network across functions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., CS, data science, IT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work on-site and remotely at Red Hat.

Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives and projects under supervision and mentorship.
• Build network with interns and professionals across functions.
• Assist with project management tasks: tracking progress, organizing meetings, documentation.
• Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and propose GTM improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Support sales skill development programs and initiatives to improve key metrics.
